  • Point of Sale (POS) and billing<\/li>
  • Customer and staff management<\/li>
  • Guest check-in via tablet\/kiosk<\/li>
  • Reporting, analytics, and business insights<\/li>
  • Automation and notifications<\/li><\/ul>

    3. Eligibility & Account Access<\/h4>
    • Access is limited to businesses registered with Divox Books<\/li>
    • A valid license key is required for activation<\/li>
    • Staff access is controlled by the business (e.g., PIN\/login)<\/li>
    • Users must be authorized by the business<\/li><\/ul>

      You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.<\/p>

      4. Use of Services<\/h4>

      You agree to:<\/strong><\/p>

      • Use Divox Books only for lawful business purposes<\/li>
      • Provide accurate business and customer data<\/li>

          5. Point of Sale (POS) & Transactions<\/h4>

          Divox Books provides billing and transaction tools.<\/p>

          • Businesses are solely responsible for:
            • Pricing, taxes, invoices, and compliance<\/li>
            • Payment processing and reconciliation<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
            • Divox Books does not process payments directly unless explicitly stated<\/li><\/ul>

              6. Data & System Accuracy<\/h4>

              Divox Books operates based on data entered by users.<\/p>

              We do not guarantee:<\/strong><\/p>

              • Accuracy of entered data<\/li>
              • Continuous or error-free service<\/li><\/ul>

                7. Internet & Availability<\/h4>
                • Apps require internet connectivity<\/li>
                • Features may vary based on configuration<\/li>
                • We may update or modify services without prior notice<\/li><\/ul>

                  8. Intellectual Property<\/h4>

                  All rights related to Divox Books software, branding, and content belong to Redspark Technologies LLP.<\/p>
