2. About Divox Books Platform

Divox Books is a business management platform designed for salons, retail stores, restaurants, and service-based businesses.

It provides:

  • Appointment scheduling and booking management
  • Point of Sale (POS) and billing
  • Customer and staff management
  • Guest check-in via tablet/kiosk
  • Reporting, analytics, and business insights
  • Automation and notifications

3. Eligibility & Account Access

  • Access is limited to businesses registered with Divox Books
  • A valid license key is required for activation
  • Staff access is controlled by the business (e.g., PIN/login)
  • Users must be authorized by the business

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

4. Use of Services

You agree to:

  • Use Divox Books only for lawful business purposes
  • Provide accurate business and customer data
  • Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access

Businesses are responsible for:

  • Staff permissions and usage
  • Compliance with applicable laws (tax, billing, etc.)

5. Point of Sale (POS) & Transactions

Divox Books provides billing and transaction tools.

  • Businesses are solely responsible for:
    • Pricing, taxes, invoices, and compliance
    • Payment processing and reconciliation
  • Divox Books does not process payments directly unless explicitly stated

6. Data & System Accuracy

Divox Books operates based on data entered by users.

We do not guarantee:

  • Accuracy of entered data
  • Continuous or error-free service

7. Internet & Availability

  • Apps require internet connectivity
  • Features may vary based on configuration
  • We may update or modify services without prior notice

8. Intellectual Property

All rights related to Divox Books software, branding, and content belong to Redspark Technologies LLP.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or redistribute the software
  • Reverse engineer or misuse the platform

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Divox Books is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • Including loss of profits, data, or business interruptions

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • Terms are violated
  • Unauthorized or suspicious activity is detected

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use implies acceptance of changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
